Signature Option
When we mail your project back, do you want us to request a signature delivery?
If no signature is obtained, the shipper will leave your package unattended.
If you elect to obtain a signature, the driver will not leave your package unless it is signed for.
It's extra security and peace of mind, if you need it.
Dual Shipment Option
Every single videotape and photo that we have received has made it home safely. However, we do offer a dual return shipment option. We will return your new DVDs back to you in their own package. We hold all of your original material here, until you let us know that you have safely received your new DVDs. At that time, we would ship your originals back to you in the second, separate shipment. This dual-shipping technique is an extra security feature for those who desire it, as it ensures recoverability should one of the packages become lost or damaged during their return trip home. Keep in mind, we only use FedEx and every single item that we've shipped out has made it home safely.
If you elect the optional labeling option, we will not charge you for tapes without labels. You only pay for what we can deliver. Regardless of your DVD face option, we will affix a numbering scheme to each of your originals. Your DVDs will have the same numbering scheme on the external enclosure...allowing you to tie your new DVD back to the corresponding original tape. These numbering sequences are easily removed and leave no residue.

How Many
"Additional" DVD Copies Do You Need?
Our base conversion rate provides you with one DVD per submitted
videotape. If you do not want additional copies for
sharing or safe keeping, leave this answer as zero.
By copies, we mean the total number of
extra DVDs you are ordering. Extra copies are
$5.95 per
DVD created and are great for sharing or keeping as a fail-safe
backup.
On the work order form that we will provide, you may write special instructions for us to indicate how many copies of which specific DVD you want. We strongly suggest that you order a second copy of each master, if your goal is to preserve/archive your videos.
A DVD can last 100 years, but it can also be scratched or broken at day
one. Having a "second entire set" would allow you to keep the backup set out of day-to-day reach.
For example, if you're mailing 10 original tapes and want 2 EXTRA copies of each one,
you'd answer 20 copies.
If you're mailing 5 total tapes but
you only want 3 EXTRA copies of "tape 4", answer 3
copies.
